  Just wanted to say that CIA Real Estate has been managing our property for some 14 years now . Vanessa has been extremely professional and has always sought to be fair when dealing with the tenants and with the landlord . She always seeks to find fair ground and this is probably why tenants are responsive to her suggestions / demands . Her advice on improving our Unit has been always positive and her actions prompt .
